Our management audits are focused on people who are in middle and upper management or who are aspiring for such a function in the near future. In our management audits, we get to know the candidate professionally and personally during a day.
We analyze the personal strengths and weaknesses of the candidates by combining different building blocks, such as “semi-structured, detailed interview phases”, “challenging analytical and management-related test methods” and “professional self-assessment via scientifically founded questionnaire procedures”.
At the end of the management audit, an oral feedback and counselling interview is conducted.
We prepare a written report for our clients, in which we provide a well-founded forecast relating to the successful behavior on the candidate’s position. We will discuss this report in detail with our clients.
