Through our “Development Center”, the participants as well as the company get a thorough overview of the strengths and development fields of the participants.
We actively involve employees from the human resources department in the preparations and implementation of the “Development Center”. As a result, methodological and moderation-related competencies are built up in the personnel area.
At the end of each potential analysis the participant receives an individual, differentiated and detailed consultation and feedback discussion. We also provide specific recommendations on the use of the strengths and the further development of the learning themes. Finally, we draw up a detailed and clear report, which helps participants to continue their professional development and develop further in their organization.
