Trainings: personality, leadership, negotiation, conflict

In our trainings, we work with the participants on their specific current “issues and topics” with the aim of supporting them in their professional and personal growth. We use different methods such as off-hand presentations on theoretical backgrounds, expert and peer feedback, small group and plenary work, learning diaries, self-reflection sequences and video feedback.

We are also increasingly using blended learning methods, so that participants can already prepare for our training courses and therefore drawing the greatest personal benefit from the training.
